- A Contemporary Interpretation of the Traditional Tribeca Loft Building
- Nine-story mixed-use building captures the essence of Tribeca through the use of arches, masonry construction, and terra cotta. The building contains approximately 4,000 square feet of retail on the ground floor, 15,000 square feet of commercial office space, and 15,000 square feet of residential space. The Landmarks Preservation Commission approved the project during the first hearing and described it as “a terrific modern application to the scale and character of the neighborhood.”
